Since establishing Clearflo Specialised Services in 2000, John has built the business from the ground up, transforming it from a solo venture into a respected, family-owned plumbing company with a fleet of specialised service vehicles. With decades of industry experience, he remains actively involved in every aspect of the business — from hands-on plumbing solutions to the day-to-day management. Driven by a passion for innovation, John has positioned Clearflo as a leader in modern plumbing technologies. As Clearflo’s Office Manager, Bianca is the friendly voice and organised force behind the scenes. She manages accounts, invoicing and client communications, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first phone call through to the final invoice.
